Marunouchi Nijyubashi Building, Proprietary Section of The Tokyo Chamber of Commerce & Industry

This project involved rebuilding the former Fuji Building, the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Building and Tokyo Kaikan Building as one building, to be named the Marunouchi Nijubashi Building. We were appointed to provide construction management services for spaces exclusively allocated to the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce. We successfully completed the facility which housed a large hall, to be flexibly used by office or for international conference. Yamashita PMC supported this three-company joint project through our expertise in construction projects and experienced coordination skills, to boost the presence of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Furthermore, to prevent potential troubles after commencement of operation, we devised an optimal plan for shared ownership of common spaces, drains and other installations, and led the plan to fruition.
