The NOF Kawasaki Higashiguchi Building - a project geared to improve efficiency in energy saving by changing air conditioning system which was due for renewal, from a central heat source system to an individual air conditioning system. As the building is a REIT property, accountability to investors were crucial. We ensured a highly transparent process, through initiatives such as comparison studies of proposals from designer & constructor candidates and adjusting payment term.
