A renovation and preservation project of an historical building. The project demanded extensive knowledge in demolition and rebuilding of an aging building. Yamashita PMC put together a rational and precise program in order to manage two sets of design and construction in parallel. We listened to the client’s intentions and reflected them in functionality and performance as much as possible. At the same time we completed the project in short period of time, within the budget. Received a CM Selection Award in 2015.

In the aging society, the way we approach the school development projects is changing. Renovation of aging facilities while standardizing the quality is expected.
