With a professional graduate school of midwifery, a graduate school of nursing nutrition, and a faculty of nursing nutrition (department of nursing and nutrition), Tenshi College provides educations to train future nurses, midwives, nutritionists and nutrition educators with high level of skills for practice, education and advanced study. Yamashita PMC participated as the CM service provider, for the restructuring project of the college campus in the opportunity of its 70th anniversary in 2017. We completed the project with a launch of the new school building composed of a nursing practice room, physics & chemistry laboratory, physiology laboratory, microbiology laboratory, BSL2 laboratory, and other facilities that support individual learning activities such as learning commons and library, as well as other facilities including a sports hall and a comfortable student cafeteria.

In the aging society, the way we approach the school development projects is changing. Renovation of aging facilities while standardizing the quality is expected. Also, when necessary we may consider involving private sector in the projects, or studying possibilities of institutional reorganizations and mergers. For private schools, branding and attractive facilities are equally important to acquire new students. In terms of cultural and art facilities, the expected functions are being shifted to more experience-oriented ones such as integration with dining and shopping, or combination of real and virtual etc., to respond to diversifying needs.
