A new office building and auditorium project, as a part of the redevelopment plan of the entire site of UD Trucks - a member of the Volvo Group. We provided design and construction management services to achieve a high level of aseismatic performance, comfortable employee wellness facilities, and the cost optimization. Additionally with the client’s request, we promoted seamless execution of the project by integrating a construction contract that conforms to international contract conditions of the FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) with the Japanese-style production process.
