There is often a large gap between the client ordering a facility’s construction and the company receiving the order. The facility only begins to generate revenue after construction is finished and the client commences operations. Thus, the client typically wants to get the facility up and running as soon as possible. The designers and builders hired to do the work, though, want to get as much time as possible to finish the job. At Yamashita PMC, we bridge this gap by designing projects to benefit both the client and contractors. We also shorten construction schedules while maintaining quality by applying the design and construction handling techniques we have refined over the course of numerous projects.
