This project set out to newly construct the Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma head office in Dosho-machi, Osaka and at the same time their office block inside the Kashima worksite. We provided comprehensive assistance from the initial concept design to the selection of designer & constructor, furniture manufacturer to the building management company. By meticulously preparing the RFP documents, we contributed to the realization of office buildings that reflect the client’s vision, while eliciting proposals from the designers and constructors. Received the CM Selection Award in 2016.
