In this project, we provided comprehensive management services from planning a separate ordering program involving 11 packages, all the way through to design, contracting, construction and operation coordination. This has become Japan’s first pure CM project in real term, where we ensured the project’s quality (Q), cost (C), and delivery (D), achieving high quality, low cost, and on-time delivery while avoiding risks.
