In this 310,000sqm project where we participated from the initial concept design phase, we proposed the core concept and provided comprehensive management services as well as contracting support in coordinating some 80 participating entities that consist of designers, builders, equipment manufacturers and etc. In addition to design and construction management, we also provided services in developing facility operation management plans, relocation plans as well as contractor selection, commissioning and GLP validation support. Received the 2013 CM Selection Award from the Construction Management Association of Japan.
