A renovation project of the client’s nationwide business sites to be in line with the Japan’s unified “Glocal Standard”, and to enhance productivity, brand value and marketing effectiveness as a part of their global strategies. Yamashita PMC formulated a design approach to demonstrate a unified UD brand value. Focusing on the future growth, we consolidated and clarified priority issues to ensure quality at all sites, allocated adequate budget for each site, and provided optimal investment plan with value engineering support. Received the Grand Prize in the CM Selection Awards in 2019.
