Central monitoring and disaster prevention system renovation planning of Shinjuku MAYNDS Tower

A renovation project for the central monitoring and disaster mitigation systems in a 20-year-old tenant office building. In addition, our mission was to coordinate and develop new and user-friendly systems on top of the standard functions. We achieved a high level of performance equal to or better than that of competing buildings in the vicinity of the Shinjuku Maynds Tower, improving asset value and profitability as a real estate investment trust property. Received a CM Selection Award in 2016.
