In this project, we assisted in the opening of a bridal salon and a restaurant that are to be major tenants of a large-scale commercial facility. Our focus was to minimize the business risks for those tenants by negotiating contract conditions with the property owners on schedule, construction scope and requirements throughout all phases from; A Construction by the property owners, B Construction to modify the building spec by the tenant, and C Construction under the responsibility of tenant.
