AEON STYLE HIMONYA
A complete renovation project of a large supermarket built 41 years ago. Yamashita PMC orchestrated multiple players involved in the project including planners, designers and constructors to avoid any time loss in construction schedule. We managed to implement seismic reinforcement and energy saving techniques under strict legal and spatial constraints, to turn the building into a sustainable commercial facility. The renovated exterior designed to meet the trend contributed to enhance the attraction of the supermarket. Received a CM Selection Award in 2018.
