JR East / Chiba Station Building Kaihin Makuhari Station
This project involved zoning changes of station facilities and renewal of commercial outlets in the premises. We provided construction management services in the phases of initial concept design, schematic design and design development. Our mission also included an effort to achieve earliest opening of the commercial outlets, in addition to the relocation rolling of the station facilities. Further, we provided contractor tendering support in the commercial facilities and the nursery school. Received the 2014 CM Selection Award from the Construction Management Association of Japan.
