For the development of medical facilities, integrated studies in terms of management, operation and functionalities are crucial. Defining the best planning with balanced aspects while meeting all stakeholders’ expectations requires quite an extensive coordination, because of the complex environment around medical facilities in general - management being constrained under the unique medical fee system, business involving different types of professionals, and the 24/7 non-stop operation. A competitive project manager is essential to successfully pursue such project, who can provide balanced coordination among various stakeholders in different fields and departments.
