A renovation project of the central monitoring and disaster mitigation systems of the 17-year-old TNC TV Building. The "open book approach" where we disclose to the client everything including ordering price of the central monitoring & disaster mitigation system and the construction program, we we able to optimize the investment while ensuring transparency and justifying the cost. We participated critical meetings at each phase of the project including planning, contracting, and designer and constructor selection, to assist in the decision-making process.
