A rebuilding project of a 40-year-old Shizuoka Daiichi Television building, a network station affiliated with Nippon Television. With the concept of the new office being "a media station in a forest", we made the most of the spacious site in a residential area. The client’s goal is to provide a local landmark for the community, by offering rich greenery, nighttime lighting of the towers, and allocation of the facilities in consideration of neighborhood scenery and safety. Yamashita PMC participated in the rebuilding project in 2014, and completed the construction in June 2020. Our service continues in the phases of moving, existing building demolition, renovation of the existing production studio, as well as the exterior works, with expected grand opening in March 2022.
