Doumei-ikuseikai Doumei Dormitory Hakusan-ryo

A working student dormitory project run by Doumei Ikuseikai (a public interest incorporated foundation). Two major requirements of the project were to create an unpretentious and sturdy environment where students can concentrate on their study, and to provide a large cafeteria as an event venue with capacity of 180 people. For speedy completion of the project, we adopted a performance ordering program that consolidates design and construction with a pre-determined maximum construction cost. We also incorporated the Cost-On program for specific equipment, furniture and fixture. We performed precise cost management based on the budget plan set at the initial concept design phase and optimized the project spending.
