In this project, we provided project management services to support the overall redevelopment plan of a healthcare corporation foundation. Our roles included review of critical issues, design management in the construction preparation phase, cost control and construction supervision. Our efforts contributed to a successful hospital redevelopment project, where newly built hospital wing, clinic wing, courtyard and other outdoor spaces as well as the existing church are well blended in harmony, providing users with the most comfortable environment.
