In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of cases in which PM/CM is being introduced in venue preparation for limited-time events such as sports and art. Venue preparation methods include the construction of new temporary buildings and structures, as well as the use of permanent facilities through renovation and expansion. In addition, after the event, there are several possible responses such as removal, restoration work, and leaving it as a legacy. When promoting a project, there are many cases where the organizers, operators, and venue owners are different, and there are a wide variety of parties involved that need coordination in venue development.
