Renovation of RIHGA Royal Hotel Kokura

A PM services for the renovation project of RIHGA Royal Hotel Kokura. In response to recent shifts in guest needs, we enhanced the guestrooms to meet with expectations of not only business travelers but also families and couples. The restaurant was also fully renovated for the first time since its opening. The floor area and seat count were increased and the restaurant was named All Day Dining RITOAS offering a buffet menu featuring regional specialties. In addition, the main lobby, entrance lobby, Royal Hall, and other areas were renovated.
