We extended PM/CM services for the reconstruction and relocation project of KHB HIGASHI NIPPON BROADCASTING Co., Ltd. The new building faces the Morinohiroba Park, a center of the community, and the uniquely designed "collaboration staircases" connect the offices in an attractive way. The design of twisted steel tower and other features were inspired by a “vortex” or an “updraft”, symbolically demonstrating the concept of information transmission.
