Rebuilding project of Nippon Television's studios. We provided PM and CM services from concept development, ordering, design, construction and delivery phases. We managed the project by leading internal and external stakeholders in all areas throughout the project, such as providing order support, concept development support, identification of requirements and goals, managerial control of quality, cost and schedule.
