The Hyatt Centric Ginza, Tokyo opened on January 22, 2018 as the brand’s first launch in Asia. Yamashita PMC joined the project from the early stage where the Asahi Shimbun newspaper company was in the feasibility study phase, and we jointly explored various opportunities and ways to develop businesses at their founding place of Ginza. After a thorough study and analysis of potential uses of the building, we proposed to develop a hotel. The project was successfully completed on time and within the budget, ensuring expected quality level. We are proud to be a part of the development of this innovative hotel which appreciates both prestigious address of Ginza and the legacy of the Asahi Shimbun Company.
