Our missions in this emergency hospital project, a core feature of the community, were to ensure efficient seismic and BCP capacities, a seamless connection of the existing wing with the new wing, and the execution of the construction works with the existing hospital under operation. With a business-oriented project planning and design & build / performance order schemes, we were able to complete the project under reasonable costs while fulfilling all legal requirements. Received the 2015 CM Selection Award from the Construction Management Association of Japan.
