Yuko Maruyama
Yuko Maruyama was appointed as President, CEO on January 28, 2022.Since joining Yamashita PMC, she has led various projects in the areas of hotel, hospital and MICE facility, starting by providing clients with business content proposals that include marketing survey, feasibility study and concept development. She has also contributed to the company’s business expansion by launching the global division. Her career started in a major general contractor followed by a real estate developer, before joining Yamashita PMC.

Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer
Tatsushi Murata
Since joining Yamashita PMC, Tatsushi Murata has involved in a number of large-scale projects including offices, data centers, manufacturing and R&D facilities, as well as recovery related businesses after disasters. Specifically experienced in the areas of various tendering processes in the public sector, and has led numerous public and semi-public projects such as government buildings, schools and sport-related facilities. As Managing Director of the Administrative Management Division, Tatsushi oversees General Affairs, Human Resources, Business Strategies and Human/Intellectual Assets Development.

Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer
Masayuki Kinoshita
Masayuki Kinoshita has led a number of large-scale projects of Yamashita PMC, in the fields of sports, schools and offices that are often new in their business model. In capacity of Managing Director of the Platform Business Division, Masayuki leads the team in planning, developing and distributing cloud services and promotes digital transformation of the construction projects. His team is committed to drive the platform business beyond the conventional PM/CM frames, through innovative initiatives such as urban development focusing around art. Prior to joining Yamashita PMC, he served for a real estate investment division at a major life insurance company and was involved in both new and value-up investment businesses. He has also served for Yamashita Sekkei Inc. as an architect. The author of a book called “Big success without wasted efforts – smart ways of working” (*The title tentatively translated. English version currently not available)published from Diamond Inc.

Director and Senior Executive Officer
Kazuki Mikawa
Since joining Yamashita PMC, Kazuki Mikawa has led a number of large-scale, complex PM/CM projects in the areas of corporate headquarters buildings, R&D, logistics and warehouse facilities. Through careful coordination in consolidating visions of multiple stakeholders, Kazuki has achieved successful projects providing the best business solutions for our clients. As Managing Director of the Relationship Management Division, Kazuki’s key mission is to connect and establish a network of knowledge, experience and ideas, aiming to ultimately bring about solutions for our clients with diversified and complex challenges. Prior to joining Yamashita PMC, he served for an architecture design firm.

Satoshi Kishikawa
Satoshi Kishikawa assumed the current position on December 17, 2021. He is also on the board of director at Yamashita Sekkei Inc. Satoshi is involved in project management services, in addition to the design and management services.

Senior Executive Officer
Yutaka Matsuura
Since joining Yamashita PMC, Yutaka has involved in many of the nationally-prominent facility construction projects including R&D, factory and hotel development. His particular expertise is on FM/LCM projects that provide solutions to CRE/PRE strategies. Yutaka launched the Facility Dr. R which is successfully being distributed. As Managing Director of the Human Resources and Intellectual Property Development Division, Yutaka endeavors to develop the company’s human asset and promote optimization of the intellectual asset. Prior to joining Yamashita PMC, he served for a General Contractor.

Chihiro Kagai
His track record with Yamashita PMC includes recovery-related businesses from disasters, corporate headquarter building as well as sport related facility projects. Chihiro has also led PM/CM services for an international-scale event business. His expertise is on defining the best contracting and constructing schemes for the particular business frame. As Managing Director of the General Affair and Human Resource Division, Chihiro also works on strengthening the back-office functions including general affairs, human resources management and legal administrations. Prior to joining Yamashita PMC, he has served for an infrastructure providing company.

Kiyoshi Kamoshita
Kiyoshi Kamoshita has led various CM services for projects including large-scale research facilities. Through his experience in managing a number of projects from concept phase all the way to the completion and hand-over, Kiyoshi has earned a remarkable expertise especially in the area of performance ordering system. As Managing Director of the Project Management Division, his current capacity covers comprehensive management of the domestic PM/CM services. Prior to joining Yamashita PMC, he has served for a major General Contractor. After advanced education at a graduate school majoring architecture, followed by Yamashita Sekkei Inc.

Mitsunobu Shindo
The strong expertise of Mitsunobu Shindo is in the areas of renovation planning, energy saving management, mid to long-term repairment projects and evaluation services including facility condition assessment. In his capacity as Managing Director of the Environmental /Operational Strategy Division, Mitsunobu manages PM/CM services for renovation projects and EM/LCM services based on the CRE/PRE strategies. Prior to joining Yamashita PMC, he has served for a General Contractor in the architecture design department, followed by a chemical manufacturer in the engineering department.

Yasuyuki Gonai
Yasuyuki Gonai worked in construction management for a major general contractor for 3 years domestically and 5 years overseas. Yasuyuki joined Yamashita PMC in charge of PM for developing overseas store openings in the retail industry. As the person in charge of the global business headquarters, Yasuyuki is currently promoting overseas business. Yasuyuki also serves as the head of the comprehensive marketing strategy department, and is responsible for the development and promotion of the “Healthy Housing Lively7 Certification”, a living environment measure that focuses on well-being.
