President and CEO/COO
Yuko Maruyama
She was appointed as President, CEO on January 28, 2022. Since joining Yamashita PMC Inc., she has led various projects in the areas of hotel, hospital and MICE facility, starting by providing clients with business content proposals that include marketing surveys, feasibility study and concept development.
She has also contributed to the company’s business expansion by launching the global division. Her career started as a major general contractor followed by a real estate developer, before joining Yamashita PMC Inc. in 2022.
She currently serves in the following public roles:

Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer
Tatsushi Murata
Since joining Yamashita PMC Inc., He has been involved in several large-scale projects including offices, data centers, manufacturing and R&D facilities, as well as recovery-related businesses after disasters. Specifically experienced in the areas of various tendering processes in the public sector, he has led numerous public and semi-public projects such as government buildings, schools and sport-related facilities.
As Division Director of the Administrative Management Division, he promotes initiatives to strengthen the company’s business foundation, overseeing corporate planning, finance, general affairs, human resources, public relations, IT, and intellectual property/AI development.

Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer
Masayuki Kinoshita
He joined Yamashita PMC Inc. after working in architectural design at Yamashita Sekkei Inc. and in real estate investment at a major life insurance company. He has led many large-scale projects in sports, schools, and offices, often involving innovative business models.
As Division Director of the Business Solution Division, he promotes digital transformation (DX) in facility construction through the planning, development, and sales of the cloud service “b-platform.” He also leads urban development initiatives such as the “108 ART PROJECT,” driving innovative business beyond the conventional scope of project management and construction management (PM/CM).
He is the author of the book “Big success without wasted efforts – smart ways of working” (published by DIAMOND, Inc.). -

Kazuki Mikawa
Since joining Yamashita PMC Inc., he has led several large-scale, complex PM/CM projects in the areas of corporate headquarters buildings, R&D, logistics and warehouse facilities. Through careful coordination in consolidating visions of multiple stakeholders, Kazuki has achieved successful projects providing the best business solutions for our clients.
As General Director of the General Affairs Department, he not only builds systems to support smooth company-wide operations but also promotes strategic networking that connects industries and sectors based on relationships cultivated through facility construction projects.

Director
Satoshi Kishikawa
He assumed the current position on December 17, 2021. He is also the senior executive officer of Yamashita Sekkei Inc.
He is involved in project management services, in addition to design and management services. -

Senior Executive Officer
Kiyoshi Kamoshita
He has led various CM services for projects including large-scale research facilities. Through his experience in managing several projects from concept phase all the way to completion and hand-over, he handover remarkable expertise especially in performance ordering system. He has extensive experience in managing projects that span from basic planning to completion and handover, particularly utilizing performance-based procurement methods.
As Division Director of the Project Management Division, he oversees comprehensive management of domestic PM/CM services at Yamashita PMC Inc.

Senior Executive Officer
Yasuyuki Gonai
He worked in construction management for a major general contractor for 3 years domestically and 5 years overseas. He managed large-scale projects such as airports, laboratories, and medical facilities. He joined Yamashita PMC Inc. in charge of PM for developing overseas store openings in the retail industry. As General Director of the Global Business Division, he promotes both inbound investment by overseas clients and outbound investment by Japanese companies.
He also serves as Head of the Corporate Planning section, responsible for formulating management and growth strategies. In new business domains, he leads initiatives such as the development and promotion of the “Healthy Housing Lively7 Certification,” a residential environment standard focused on well-being. -

Mitsunobu Shindo
After working at major construction companies and the engineering division of a chemical manufacturer, he joined Yamashita PMC. He specializes in facility strategy operations during the operational phase, including renovation plan promotion, energy conservation management, mid-to-long-term maintenance plan formulation, and equipment renewal plan formulation.
As General Director of the Environmental Solution Division, composed of professionals in specialized construction fields such as equipment and IT, he promotes decarbonization strategy operations and FM/LCM operations.

Yutaka Matsuura
Since joining Yamashita PMC Inc., he has been involved in many of the nationally prominent construction projects including R&D, factory and hotel development. His expertise is on FM/LCM projects that provide solutions to CRE/PRE strategies. He launched the “Facility Dr.®” initiative, which is now widely deployed.
As General Director of the Building Stock Solution Department, he promotes PM/CM services that enhance the value of existing assets by creating new added value.

Shigeki Inoue
After working in urban development at a major architectural firm, he joined Yamashita PMC Inc. He specializes in urban planning and large-scale mixed-use development, focusing on the early phases such as business planning and conceptualization.
As General Director of the Urban Creation Division, he supports a wide range of urban development projects from metropolitan to regional areas.

Chihiro Kagai
His track record with Yamashita PMC Inc. includes recovery-related businesses from disasters, corporate headquarter buildings, and sport-related facility projects. He has also led PM/CM services for international-scale event businesses. His expertise lies in defining optimal contracting and construction schemes tailored to each business framework.
As General Director of the Social Solution Department, he is responsible for developing business domains related to events and art, as well as overseeing the development and sales of “b-platform.” -

Takahiro Kitano
After working at a major architectural firm, he joined Yamashita PMC Inc. and has managed diverse projects including R&D, production, offices, education, commercial, mixed-use redevelopment, seismic retrofitting, and regional revitalization.
As General Director of the Projects Promotion Department, he leads facility construction projects in data centers, logistics, R&D, education, and leisure.

Nobutaka Shibuya
After working for a major general contractor and an education-related company, he joined Yamashita PMC Inc. He has led PM/CM projects for large-scale mixed-use facilities, offices, data centers, education facilities, government buildings, and events such as the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
He also develops training programs for PM/CM managers. As General Director of the Human Capital Department, he promotes HR strategies focused on the growth of both people and organizations.
