HOTEL JAL CITY NAHA
A renovation project of the Hotel JAL City Naha which opened in June 2006. The project aimed to shift the hotel concept to be more resort-oriented, to meet with the expectation of guests, especially the growing inbound visitors. Yamashita PMC participated in the project as the PMr, providing services from the concept development phase to the construction phase. On top of schedule management and selection support of designer and contractors, we also took on the task of the purchasing agent of operational equipment (OE) and operational supply (OS).

Recently, the grade of the new hotel is in the upward tendency. In general, the higher the hotel grade is, the more complicated the facility specification and complexity get, due to higher quality and quantity of services expected. As a result, the number of the players involved in the project increases such as architects, builders, designers and other consultants, while the business owners are forced to respond to more issues and challenges.
