PM/CM services provided to the FOUCHON HOTEL KYOTO project, the second Fouchon Hotel in the world and the first launch in Japan. With the overall hotel concept of "FAUCHON Meets Kyoto. Feel Paris", the interior features brand colors of Fouchon pink, white, black and gold in both western and Japanese materials and techniques. As a PMr, Yamashita PMC collected ideas from project stakeholders and integrated the consolidated concept to the facility design. We successfully completed the one-and-only hotel with 59 modern and luxurious guestrooms that reflect tastes of both Paris and Kyoto. The hotel also offers a French Restaurant, a Tea Salon, shops and a spa.

Regardless of whether the business owner is in the position of ownership, management or operation, or, in any phase of the business, professional consulting services - that always verify risks and returns from both management and architectural aspects - are essential. Recently, the grade of the new hotel is in the upward tendency. In general, the higher the hotel grade is, the more complicated the facility specification and complexity get, due to higher quality and quantity of services expected. As a result, the number of the players involved in the project increases such as architects, builders, designers and other consultants, while the business owners are forced to respond to more issues and challenges.
