The “Miegusuku Onsen Shimanchu no Yu” on the second floor of the Loisir Hotel Naha main building, is one of the few onsen spa outlets in Okinawa that provide natural hot springs. Twenty-eight years after the opening, the hotel underwent renovation to update aging facilities, increase the value, and to attract more guests. Yamashita PMC extended CM services for the renovation work. The scope included the large baths and open-air baths, the surrounding corridors, laundry space, as well as the general reception area that were all beautifully remodeled. We contributed to the facility enhancement through our services.
