Kaga Micro Solution Fukushima factory

A new plant development project in Sugakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture, to complement the existing Yamagata Plant.  The client was initially not intended to involve the CM for the project, but decided to appoint us for professional assistance. Our mission was to handle various issues that are beyond in-house manpower or expertise, including issues around cost, schedule, authority relations.  As a facility strategist, Yamashita PMC contributed to resolve issues by executing response programs in terms of identification of architectural requirements, application to the relevant subsidies, and cost and schedule management. The plant was successfully launched offering pleasant environment to the employees.  With its uniqueness, the plant also attracts local interest which contributes to the talent hiring, as well as the marketing effect.
